Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
At BioHack Studios, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our members and demo participants, please review our cancellation policies below.
2. Demo Cancellation Policy
2.1 24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a demo appointment. If notice is given within this timeframe, you can reschedule at no extra cost.
3. Late Cancellations or No-Shows
3.1 Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled demo, as well as no-shows, will result in a $50 fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
4. Membership Cancellation Policy
4.1 Month-to-Month Memberships: Cancellations for month-to-month memberships must be made at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Please note that this is a strict requirement. If a cancellation request is made within the 7-day window before the renewal date, you will still be charged for the upcoming month, and the cancellation will apply to the following month.
4.2 Bi-Annual and Annual Memberships: Cancellations for bi-annual and annual memberships must be made at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Please note that if a cancellation request is made within the 7-day window before the renewal date, you will still be charged for the upcoming period, and the cancellation will apply to the following period.
5. Membership Pause Policy
5.1 Monthly Memberships Only: Pauses are only available for monthly memberships. Pauses must be for a minimum of 3 weeks and can last up to 3 months. Notice of a pause must be given at least 7 days before the next billing date. If notice is given within the 7-day window before the renewal date, the pause will not be granted. Pauses cannot occur mid-billing cycle. A pause will only take effect at the start of the next billing cycle and can resume as early as 3 weeks later or up to 3 months later. Members can only pause twice per calendar year. No prorated amounts will be issued. The pause policy does not apply to bi-annual or annual memberships.
6. Automatic Renewals
Memberships automatically renew at the end of their term unless a cancellation notice is received at least 7 days before the renewal date. To opt out of automatic renewal, please submit a cancellation request via email to [email protected].

By signing up for a monthly, bi-annual, or annual membership, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy. Failure to comply with these terms may result in additional fees or charges.
